Exploring identity: Engaging in Critical Conversations that Shape Our Lives and the Lens from Which We See the World with Certified NVC Trainer, Educator and Storyteller Morris H. Ervin Jr.

This workshop will explore and critically examine racial, ethnic and other identities through a Mindfulness/Restorative Justice Lens.

Participants will share experiences of race, privilege and discuss the impact of power/oppression and how it shapes us as individuals and as a collective society. Participants will learn how to use Mindfulness and other Contemplative Practices to engage in critical/reflective conversations about race and other social inequities. Participants will express feelings, share experiences, dance and heal all in one session.

Keynote speaker, author, and mindfulness coach Morris Ervin Jr. delivers transformative experiences that equip individuals and organizations with the essential tools to cultivate a culture of empathy, foster healing, and build interdependence, steering communities toward lasting positive change.
